Final MTV Legally Blonde Airings Set for Thanksgiving, with Sing-A-Long Lyrics

Legally Blonde may be temporarily sidelined on Broadway due to the stagehands strike, but anyone with a cable box can watch the hit musical based on the movie of the same name on Thanksgiving. MTV will broadcast the final two airings of the show on November 22 at 1PM and 8PM, complete with sing-a-long lyrics on the bottom of the screen!

Legally Blonde was filmed at the Palace Theatre in September and premiered on the cable network on October 13. It has subsequently aired three more times over the past month.

With a book by Heather Hach and score by Nell Benjamin and Laurence O'Keefe, Legally Blonde follows sorority girl on a fun and frothy journey of self-discovery from the beaches of Malibu to the books of Harvard Law.

Directed and choreographed by Jerry Mitchell, Legally Blonde stars Laura Bell Bundy as Elle Woods, Christian Borle as Emmett, Orfeh as Paulette, Richard H. Blake as Warner, Kate Shindle as Vivienne, Nikki Snelson as Brooke and Michael Rupert as Professor Callahan.
